No change on the scales, but I'm making other changes, such as actually logging all the things I'm eating, and choosing much healthier meals. I'm committing to daily weigh ins again. Things are looking good for the future. 💚

Way to go Aitch11 👍 There are more cute size 14 tops out there waiting for you this Autumn 🍁 I've been visiting Vinnie's recently because I've discovered that there are a LOT of options in the smaller sizes...(I'm not too proud to shop recycled and I'm up to my 4th total wardrobe change since starting to loose weight - fun but not cheap...)
