Weight loss was temporarily inhibited by a course of steroids to treat the return of on old and sucky affliction... Bells Palsy... had it 3 times 20 years ago then nothing until now... Journalling this here to remind myself that even though I'm feeling so healthy and looking after myself like never before, not to mention all the amazing benefits that have come from lifting my game with self care, it seems the extended weight loss may be still stressful in some way... Keep listening to your body and be gentle when you need to be 🤗
