I found that the recommended kcal intake that they counted for me was way too low and not sustainable at all.. They can teach you some good stuff on how to make better food choices, mindful eating and stuff.. I only did trial tho, because I found that I knew already what they were teaching, I just had issue implementing it 😂 and as I said, caloric intake that was recommended was simply impossible for me, I had no energy for life..
