Diario de dragonwisdom, 28 dic. 14

I managed to indulged a little during the festive season, but not go too crazy and then get back on track. I may have a few more drinks than I normally do this time of year and maybe a few extra pieces of chocolate/cakes until the end of the year, but overall I am watching what I eat and doing quite well. I thought that I had put on weight, but in fact it all balanced out and I am on track. I hope that the new year goes well and I want to reach my goal of 175 and this will be from a high in 2103 of about 210 lbs. I am learning that even when I do indulge and have my binges it is all part of the battle and I just have to forgive myself and move forward with my plan.
