I saw a lot of progress this week that I am not sure if I will continue with the alternative days of fasting. I did not do them this past week and I think that helped reduce my stress levels. Ate between 1400-1600 pounds, but then I am not sure if the progress is mainly from just weightlifting more since muscle will burn more fat.
