Was dreading to get on the scales today - dine out in steak&grill yesterday evening with "whatever soul fancy". whooping calorie intake but lot of pleasure.
Feel relieved though - only bit higher weight, but to be fair - had no food before dining and only morning coffee after, so - day of joy accepted. Agua and steam tomorrow than! 👍 still on path.
