I ate very healthy today. Went to the supermarket and was very tempted to buy many high caloric sweets, but instead I bought mango pudding at 65 cal per container. I will make a mango pudding, banana, strawberry dessert. It should only be around 180 cal compared to the 1,000+ calorie chocolate bar i was eying. I also did an easy 35" run and a 30" bike. I was surprised to weight in at 176.5, which is a very big change over the past few weeks.
