Got good news and bad news. First the bad:
I'm going in the wrong direction! :(
OK, so it's only a few pounds and I must remind myself that I've tended to fluctuate like this throughout my low carb journey. This is nothing new and not a crisis. Besides I enjoyed a very tasty 21 carb ice cream treat yesterday, so I've no one else to blame but myself. *It was really REALLY good! LOL* So, that's the bad news.
The good news comes in two parts: (1) I know what to do to reverse the scale, so I'm back at it today! Livin' La Vida Low Carb. *snicker*
And:
(2) I went clothes shopping today, and despite my minor rebound on the scale, I am sitting here as I type this journal entry wearing size 8 jeans! SIZE 8! OMG A single digit. LOL I haven't worn a size 8 in... Come to think of it, I can't remember the last time I wore a size 8. It's so hard to believe now that just 5 1/2 months ago I was wearing size 18.
I think I'm going to go celebrate by... taking a walk 'til sunset or something. (You thought I was going to say something food related, didn't you? *wink*) LOL That was the size 18 me, but not any more! :)
