Great job!!! 👏🏻 For me, I do CICO. Measure/food. There’s so many different “diets”, but if you are eating more calories than your body is burning, no matter what food, you will gain. I try to eat mostly whole foods. 80% whole/20% processed. Try and avoid sugar! It gave me type 2 diabetes, plus overeating. Now, I’m medication free and manage it through food. I strength train w dumbbells at home 2-3 times per week. (Ready to increase weight level now, one year w 10 lb dumbbells, will increase to 15?). Walk a lot when weather is nice. I’m in calorie maintenance now after 1 year.
