Hi gaelicgal. Happy New Year. Good luck on your restart. The counsellor as been off work so I've only had the initial consultation. Got my second one tomorrow. Generally I feel a little bit better. Need to lose the stone I've put on.😀👍 

Ah.. hope it goes well tomorrow Jon .. I need to get off an extra stone ( or two) aswell .. we’ll do it together
