Yesterday started out as a good day, then I got a horrible headache after I spent 2 hours out in the sun, cutting the grass. It pretty much lasted the entire day, which caused me to sleep most of the evening. That really affected my calorie intake, it was much lower since I did not eat any of my snacks.
This morning, I had a weight loss, it may be temporary since my caloric intake was low. I also had a lower sodium intake.

Yesterdays workout 45 minutes on the treadmill with 3 lb free weights 5 sets of 15 upper arm bench press with 25 lb weights 3 sets of 20 upper arm weights with 8 lb weight 3 sets of 15 crunches on roman chair 3 set of 50 calf pumps 3 sets of 20 upper arm weights with 20 lb weights
