Well my Christmas Day and boxing day are over for another year! I had a kg weight gain ! I consider that I did not over eat. And really really hope it’s all the water I drank to not nibble! And as the saying goes. It will all pass with time! Today I reboot my sensible eating and will again log my days food before I start up for the day. I do feel better for having the great support from all my friends on this great app. Have a wonderful week
