Thanks Everyone! 😊 I am feeling good, I definitely notice a difference in my energy and stamina. I've still got a long way to go but I know I can do it. There are a bunch of milestones that I am approaching and I am looking forward.

20kgs since Oct, wow! It's taken me a year to lose 18! You are doing so well. One step at a time and keep going 

With how big I am and the sheer amount I have to lose, I think it's a bit easier for me at the start. My calorie deficit has more wiggle room which helps. One day and one step at a time 😊
