900 grams in one day cannot be real weight loss.
I guess it is mainly water. Yesterday I did not drink enough.

Yesterday afternoon it was good weather here in Germany, so I spent sometime at the park with a friend of mine, then we went to the climbing gym.
Actually I cannot practice any climbing, since I still have pain in my ankle.
It has been great to be again at the gym, seeing new routes, looking at the people climb. It's such a relaxed place, I feel very much at home there :)

I realized that what has changed in the past weeks is that I started again taking care of myself, making healthy and sensible food choices.
For example yesterday at the gym I was hungry and there was no food besides of chocolate bars. So I had a hot chocolate, which is maybe not the healthiest food even, but it was the best available food.

Also yesterday evening in a pub with friends I decided to avoid drinking alcohol, so I just had a tea and a juice.

I am glad something switched in my brain and started make me care about myself again. It might have been that a few weeks ago in a shop I had to buy trousers of a larger size I never had to buy before. I don't know what was it, but somehow it is working :)
