I had a happy / sad day today 🙄 A year after starting this journey I finally upgraded from the old scales to digital (happy). Old scales showed a loss of 1kg today (happy), fancy digital scales showed an increase of 2kg (sad)... so if my maths is correct it means I was actually 3kg heavier than I thought when I was at my heaviest (also sad)... Glad to be using new scales tho, much easier to read and evidently more accurate than my tired old scales 👍 Today's journal entry reflects the correction or recalibration (thanks Malgaynor) to my 'true' weight ...
