so i havent told anyone that im eating less to lose wieght, and today one of my friends wasnt feeling well and didnt want to eat. she then went on to say that it would help her lose wieght and i immediatly told her no! you look perfect, dont you need to lose wieght, and i reliased what a hypocrite i sounded like. i then politely asked her what she wieghed and she said 54kilos. WHAT. shes 14 kilos heavier then me and yet she looks so much better. that made me reliaze that what my other friend had told me was right, i am under wieght. so tonight i actually ate a piece of pizza and had a small chocolate, but was still dissapointed in my self, so i had another slice and i ate till i was full. i then wieghed myself, expecting to put on a couple of kilos to see that it hadnt changed. huh. that was unexpected. i was so shocked that i hadnt turned into a flabby mess i just sat there. im now relaxing my dieting a bit, giving myself 50 extra calories a day. will i regret this?
