Warning - This post contains whining that will cease after rant is complete.
Absolutely hate the number on today's weigh in. I know TOM is contributing to it, but hate it nonetheless. I almost didn't record it, but I have to stay honest and keep recording, whether I like the number or not. I'm holding onto the hope that I will see an equally large drop soon, since no matter how poor my choices may have been in the last 2 days, I could NOT have really gained 7lbs in 2 days....this shall pass.
Nursing a sore back. Managed to get some walking in yesterday, to try to stay relatively limber and not aggravate things further. I took a tumble Monday night. Felt like a COMPLETE idiot! Thought I just bruised my knee/leg really well, but ended up tweeking my back in the process. (Probably in an effort to protect the surgical knee..) Getting old REALLY sucks! 20+ yrs ago I would have gotten off with only a bruise.....
