whew that's a big one. haha. no regrets. great food day. i just kept eating and enjoying. i will put it to good use and work on my body and exercises and I love sunday due to going back on the plan. saturday cheat days are a valuable mental break. that number is just quantity amount of food in me, not "weight gain".
