Well this could be a difficult few days!
TJ 75 today! Me 74 tomorrow!
Party next Saturday! But I will endeavour to be very contentious with my food choices ! At least for the days we are not eating cake! Wish me luck please.
I am very gradually getting down from my covid stay at home weight of 92kg.
83,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,6 kg.    Aún para ir: 13,7 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
