Alright, I intentionally ate poorly yesterday because I decided it was my last hoorah. I’ve been on leave from my normal schedule since the baby came on Oct 10th. That all ends today. Today I teach school again (homeschool but still- It means I have to be on schedule and focused.) Today the whole family goes “back to normal”. Which means it’s the perfect time for me to resume keeping track of my food. I’m going to be accountable. I’m going to be disciplined. I’m going to be strict and vigilant like I was for the past 8 months.
