As a fellow cat person, here is my advice (I had one like this, too). Right before you go to bed, fill her bowl with cereal and tell her to pace herself! Then close your bedroom door and turn on a sound machine or fan to drown out her cries. After a few days (or weeks) she'll figure out that you're not going to respond. Then in the morning when you emerge from your room, greet her with lots of sweet talk and pets and a bowl of the food she really wants. It is like a reward for her making it through the night.
