So I plataued for a really long time and am so grateful for this no! Eating salad for lunch yesterday really helped :D
64 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 13,5 kg.    Aún para ir: 1 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

Well done !!! :-D I had my Fiancee hide the scale -it just depresses me! Don't even know where he put it and will not be searching for it !

What type of diet are you on.. i went onto the banting and lost 5 but really concerned about all the risks on eating high fat.

well im not on banting or atkins but i am on a ketogenic diet...well not diet, more of a life style change for me cause its permanent...as long as u eating healthy fats then theres no problem

Ketogenic is very similar to the banting (tim noakes) eating plan.. what is your eating plan like?

yip very similar, i keep my carbs to under 20 nett carbs except on gym days where i have abit more and sumtimes i cycle to replenish glucose for muscle build...but most of my fats i get from olive oil, cream, cocconut oil, pure butter or ghee, mayo, macadamia nuts and avo

I went on a diet known as the 13 day metabolic diet in April - super amazing! I have been getting smaller and smaller ever since

typical breakfast 3-4 eggs fried in butter or olive oil/cocconut oil with a dash of cheese and splash of cream if im not having tea/cofee and if i feel for it maby sum spiced beef in there as well..........heaviest meal of the day always breakfast or lunch 600 or so kcal and lightest meal of the day always supper 200-350 kcal but yeah its really easy to follow and im having no probs with it at all so far

i wanted to do that 13 day diet but my health didnt allow for it :( lol but happy with my progress so far
