Diario de chamabanana, 14 oct. 22

Yippee. I wasn't expecting that 'cause we had friends staying for 4 days. I had radishes and carrot sticks with a few pretzels for pre-dinner nibbles as damage control, which probably helped... I still don't get enough protein and fiber. I always thought that getting my 5 fruits and veggies a day would be enough fiber, but this app has taught me that it is not the case. Dietary fiber is apparently in grains and surprisingly advocado. This is such a learning curve.

👏 Living life and still loosing weight... It can be done 😀 The radishes would have helped your fiber count, and also the carrot sticks (especially if you didn't peel them). Totally agree that this FS app is a great tool 👍
