Glucose in range at wake up. Second day in a row which is a great thing. Weight loss has plateaued at this level. Today will be to delay rating until Noon, and then focus on fiber and water. Other than that, eat sensible.

Change of plan - Eggs for breakfast and a spot of dairy in the coffee. More of a normal day. Normal days are needed to sustain the gains.
