I have been sticking as close as is possible to 1200 calories for nearly a week now and will endeavour to keep it going until I get at least half way to my goal I have tried many times to lose weight but this app is the best diet tool I have ever found.
I hope that I can achieve my goals.
So far ( until now) I have not felt too hungry and I like planning my meals ahead

This is the first diet I have ever been on and I realise that this app is a huge reason why I have been successful in my weight loss. I love the positive support, the food diary and the graphs. I have kept below 1300 all this year and I do feel hungry but that's OK. Good luck!
