I haven’t been feeling very well today, super tired and a terrible headache that just won’t go away. Had a slight headache last night as well, which resulted in me not going to my scheduled run. A lot of people at work are starting to get sick so I’m hoping that I’m not, and it’s just my lack of sleep lately that’s the cause. For some reason I keep falling asleep quickly when I go to bed, but wake up a lot throughout the night and feel exhausted when I get up.

Good news is that I seem to have gotten my eating somewhat under control after being insanely hungry all last week.
