Yesterday, another great food day. Followed the Atkins Plan exactly, except for the afternoon beer. Nothing is better than sharing a cold beer with friends and the aroma of food on the grill! Have a great day all...dont forget to enjoy life.

I agree! Unfortunately, that was a large part of why I was over 250. :( I don't miss the beer, itself, I miss the fun of socializing, and all the warm breezy nights my husband and I sat on the back deck with the dogs....ahhhh....
