Losing about a pound a week now. My hernia makes it difficult to be on my feet for even a short time, so exercise is limited still. Gonna have to see the doc about it soon cause it's getting bigger, I think. The person I'm caring for is pretty debilitated atm and needs me to run the errands and cook, so I've been putting off seeing the dr myself. At least I'm still losing despite my limitations!
