I guess my journal to go along with my weight didn’t post. Anyway, this is my first weigh in since July 5. I’ve been pretty good on calorie goals, and have been walking and doing some lifting. I achieved 2 of my incremental goals with this weigh in - 1/ getting below 280, and 2/ losing 20% of my goal weight. I’m actually past 25% now as I’ve lost 33.6 pounds. I don’t see any difference yet tho! On to the next goal of getting below 270 - shooting for end of month!
