Diario de Fledgist, 26 may. 11

I did 44 minutes at the gym yesterday. It felt pretty strenuous. Today, I'm down another half pound. It seems that after days of not moving I get a couple of days when the scale moves down. Then no motion at all for days. I'd rather have a few ounces at a time, but we can't always have what we'd like.

Little by little the mountain erodes.

Little by little. Good for you. I unfortunately am going the wrong way. Maintaining can be just as tough as losing. lol Hope your weather is alright and you and your family are well. Keep up the great work!

Weight is like that, down down, then nothing, down down, nothing. But as long as its going down. And again great job on increasing the exercise. Remember to listen to your body though. If it felt too strenuous don't overdo it today.

Lisa is right. I just looked at your overall chart and it is one of the nicest ones on FS! I'm like you -- looking at that scale every day and feeling a little frustrated by the plateaus. Some successful FSers say once a week is enough. As I'm getting closer to goal, maybe that would be wise.

Thanks, all. I do try to listen to my body. I don't go to the gym every day (I will be going today, but my exercise will be lower impact than yesterday). I expect that things will take longer as I get closer to my goal, though not this far out!
