I am constantly hungry in this cold....this frustrates me big time. Am I alone or do some of you have the same hunger

I feel the same and it is very frustrating, not craving warm comfort foods just sugary treats🙈...

I’ve been feeling exactly the same! I can’t stop eating! I realised that I have to keep count of my calories, although that doesn’t help much! I just feel hungry all the time 😭

Thanks for al the advice. I did buy some kudu biltong and nibbling on that when I feel hungry. I try to stay within my calories for the day. Also exercise a bit more to keep my head clean. Will see what the scale says on tuesday...I will not give up💪💪

My appetite drastically reduces in winter. I just get a constant craving for hot cocoa 🤣

I dont really eat much but just try to not think about food and then it might work and drink lots of water when ur hungry

you're definitely not alone, winters are the worst because I'm always hungry cause of the cold 😖🥶

this was me a few weeks ago but my appetite has normalised, maybe try eating low calories soups

Same here Ina, don't feel alone. I usually don't eat junk food but all I've been craving lately is biscuits, chocolate and chips!! 😱😱😱 So I've joined this app now and hopefully it helps. 😁
