Uh oh - so on return from my hols I have slipped very badly on my second week. Also TOTM which is a rare thing for me with all the steroids haha. So - stay focused, get back to filling in diet journal. It is only 3 weeks to really concentrate and do my lung rehab exercises every day. Simples ;o)
