Another week another small loss. Cannot figure it out yet, probably lack of exercise it has been to hot and sunny for walks. Medicine lowers immune system and exposure to sun is not advised unless smothered in cream etc. Next Week I will see a difference.
119,7 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 0,9 kg.    Aún para ir: 24,5 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

You’re doing really well 😊 I’ve pulled a ligament in my hip and had a couple of colds, and I haven’t been able to exercise for about 4 weeks now. As long as it’s going down, don’t worry. You’ll be able to exercise as soon as you’re better 😊 I hope you get well soon x
