I even bought a new weight bench and free weights to I can get working on muscle again and brought my tread mill in from the barn so maybe ill use it more. but I cant even think of getting on it right now. there are days I simply cant even function. with work and 6 kids and sports starting up, this is not fun.

Have you been checked for hepatitis B? It's probably not but those symptoms sound very similar.

the dr ordered blood work. I am going to get it done on lunch tomorrow. I assume that would show up there if there was an issue.

Hep B isn't one that is done on standard blood tests, they usually do a complete blood count and comprehensive metabolic panel, so I was just wondering if they mentioned anything about checking for it.

I am a firefighter on top of being in sales and a mom of 6. so the health dept will check for free for me. not that you mention it I am probably due for immunization updates

I don't take meds unless I am dying. I hate them. if I eat good I shouldn't need any. was frustrating that they gave me meds I didn't need. Then it made me feel worse. I questioned the kidney thing bc it didn't make any sense to me. this Dr is leading back to muscle which I was working on originally. I will do the blood work just incase but im going back to my message therapist and chiropractor that will work to fix the problem not drug it up. Well I say im going back. not sure when I can as I have 2 in football and 2 in volleyball right now. will keep me busy. not sure when I can go lay on a table.

You are busy and your right on the meds dont like them either but sometimes we have to stop and take care of ourselves I know it is hard to do believe me

I hope they find what is wrong and it is not serious... meanwhile try to relax and do not worry about weight, thoughts really affect our physical body, yours seems to need affection right now...

About 3 years ago I discovered that I have food allergy related migraines. Maybe you could start to investigate that?
