Fresh Start.
I have chosen to ignore the first two days because my personal home made diet spreadsheet varied quite a bit from my food listing here. So I am rebuilding my spread sheet and reintroducing the nutritional facts straight from the product packaging. I feel there will still be differences but I accept it is not possible to list every product here so I shall list the exact ones I use on my sheets for my own comparison. :)
