On holiday for 2 weeks but have bought my scales and am sticking too it as much as possible. I have decided I would rather go home a couple of kg lighter than eat chips and ice-cream and drink loads. Still having what I like but in moderation. Had half an ice-cream yesterday and plan to have a very small portion of chicken and chips later in the week.
