Had a bit of a blip in the evenings but stuck with the Slim Fast and the weight didn't budge at all. Now I'm back with the program and losing weight again!
Normally I'd lose weight then put it back on, then lose it ad nauseum, but with the Slim Fast even when I'm not doing it properly the weight doesn't seem to come back anywhere near as fast! Weyhey!
