Had a very busy month. 2 birthdays, Mother's day, Hens Night, and a Wedding (daughters) plus the usual social outings. Everything seemed to involve a lot of eating and drinking. And the weather has been horrendous, so not been able to get in very many walks. Pleased to see I haven't had a massive gain.
