Wow! 7 pounds in a week. That sounds like heaven to me. I'm going to weigh in tomorrow and see what damage I did over my vacation. Then again, I work out tonight so maybe I should weigh in on Friday. My tissues will be in shock tomorrow and likely be holding as much water as they can.
