Well, it seems as though I'm losing about a pound a week now. Which I don't really understand since I'm eating less than 1000 cal a day, but I'll take it! It would probably help if I amped up my exercise, but it's difficult to do with my abdominal hernia. Even with a brace. Once that's fixed, I'll be ready!
