Diario de LaShuan, 14 jul. 09

Yesterday was a pretty good day, I didn't eat as many calories as I wanted to, trying to stay as close to 1400 as possible. I was planning on having a turkey burger for dinner, but then I realized at the last minute I didn't have any bread, so I switched to a big bowl of Cheerios and milk. As far as exercise goes yesterday I decided to keep to doing the hour on the treadmill and 20 minutes of weights. I think I will step it up a little this morning.

Your wweight loss has inspired me, it shows it is possible. Ive just got back from swimming, did 30 mins. weighed 10 stone 10 when i got back!! after a cup of tea its back to 10.12 getting too obsessed I think , lol! must admit tho ive never seen it that low in a long long time. Tonight i bet im back to 11 stone again. x

Oh, that is great!. I am so excited for you. Your journey has actually inspired me to stay focused and keep on my journey of life long fitness and healthy eating. I am actually to the point where I believe the way I eat and exercise is my current lifestyle and no longer a "diet". I am confortable with what and how I am eating. As far as weighing goes, I think you get better/more accurate results when you way yourself the first thing in the morning. Ooooh so exciting Rebecca!
