Diario de twentycents, 30 abr. 11

been eating oats for Breaky every morning lately, and found it's the best breaky food to have that helps with digestion!! Morning loo was big and afterwards feeling whole body being light and light~~

hahah... keeping the weight under control for now even though no exercise due to heavy work and study..I do miss my workout time a lot! but thank god this study thing will finish in only just 6 days before I can go back to my running&exe again!!! Happyyyyyyyyy

Was just thinking: You can probably achieve something big by chance, but you can definately achieve something bigger by willingness!! Every successful person has a goal or goals in their life, and really working on it!
79,2 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 4,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 14,2 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.
