Diario de CATSLU1, 13 abr. 22

For some reason I lost only 100g for the whole week...it is disappointing. 🙁For me it was a normal 700-800g week in the beginning. In March I very quickly gained up weight during the holiday and after I lost all of the same quickly. But now weight is stuck.🙄I have recounted my cal already but it doesn't work. I don't know what is reason...😒
51,8 kg Disminuído hasta ahora: 6,8 kg.    Aún para ir: 0,8 kg.    Dieta seguida: Bien.

How many Calories are you getting in each day? Being near your goal your body could be holding on. As I lost more weight I found I needed to eat more so I had something to burn, I think my brain thought I was starving and dying 😂

spicehorn is correct. take a look at zig zag dieting as it can help with starvation mode by tricking your body.

I get 1080 now, before it was 1120. Maybe you are correct I should try add little more.

Yep, I was on 1200 a day, but had to ramp up to 1500 to remove the last kg!

Probably hit a plateaux. Try to increase the calories 50/100 kcal a week for 4 weeks and then slowly cut again.

Have you checked what your perfect BMI weight is? Maybe you have reached it and your body is hanging onto that weight. Good luck!

Can you sneak in some cardio during the week?

i lost 1.3 kgs in 20 days some days not even 50 grams lost and im on a calorie deficit my intake is about 1300 cal

I have found that I have a delay in seeing results. It’s weird but I seem to lose weight every two weeks instead of after one week. Maybe your weight loss will register next week. Sometimes it is just water retention so avoid salty food a day before you weigh yourself.

The reason is because of a readjustment in your NEAT. Do some research on neat, but basically after dieting, you sub-consciously spend less energy during the day. You can compensate by reducing your calorie intake, or increasing your calorie expenditure through cardio.
