I ate a HUGE steak and 2 bowls of ice cream on my cheat day yesterday.
Also butter sautéed asparagus and carrots, air-fried sweet potato and red potato fries, and lots of whiskey!
And tortilla chips with my wife's salsa, which is somewhere between a ceviche and pico de gallo, with shrimp and fresh tomatoes.
I think I'm going to do the cheat day every 2 weeks and take a day off from working out as needed. I think 'as needed' will work out to one or two days a week.
This morning I started my penance with a 14 mile bike ride.
