I had a Sunday cheat day. I ate bread, a Vietnamese Bahn mi sandwich, and a huge steak. I drank 3 shots of liquor mixed with sugary stuff. I usually only have a single shot with club soda. I'm not sure if I will have another cheat day next Sunday. It really depends on how I feel after my Saturday 20-mile bike ride. I am more likely to get a massage Saturday afternoon.
