Have been doing reasonably well but not good enough. Will have to do better. Am increasing my exercise as my energy goes up. Did some walking today and house work and work in field. Cutting back on some "cheating" I've done with snacks too....but also the sleep walking/eating I think is over with, no more episodes of that since medication changed.
