Boo... Gaining a bit this week. I won't beat myself up too much, as I have reasons, and they're surmountable. I have a wicked bladder infection. This is the first I've ever had, and I honestly had no idea it could hurt this badly. So, no exercise for Deb this week. I've also been downing cranberry juice like no tomorrow. And since I'm anti-artificial sweeteners, I'm not drinking 'Light' juice. So that's a lot of liquid calories... But the anti-biotic is finally starting to work, and the pain has subsided a bit. So hopefully I can get back to my sit-ups and all that soon. I hate set-backs like this, but what can you do?
