At least I'm down on the weight and not up.Not as pleased as I have been the previous weeks,but getting there.Been sick for the past 2 weeks and went to the dr,I have bronchitis going to pneumonia quick..... So I was forced to take a break from excersice.Next week will be full go ahead again :(
