Diario de dm_lytle, 30 jun. 09

I made it below 160, Yippee! I am finally out of the slump and during TOM which is another great stride for me. I am normally just trying to maintain and I don't think I ever lost this much during this time.

I didn't get everything on my to do list done yesterday but that is okay. I did get stalls cleaned and that is about 1200 calories burned there. I have to get my house fully cleaned today, I think my in laws are coming tomorrow. It has been about a week since I cleaned out from behind my refrigerator, and I still have to clean my floors and help the kids with there bedrooms. I am thinking about having my friends kids come spend the night Thursday night and spending the day with them Friday before Fireworks. We will see how organized I get Chelsea's room by then. I would like to go for a walk this evening if it starts to cool down before the sun goes down.

For today I think I will have live active cereal and yo plus yogurt for breakfast. A salad with wheat thins reduced fat for lunch and probably spaghetti for dinner. I am supposed to get in 25 points today so we will see what that leaves after that. I will get my exercise for cleaning today. I do need to get my water hose back and I get outside with kids playing in the water and work in my garden more than I have.
