I was off my diet for two weeks, but I've been back to it for the last three days. I figured I'd weigh in today to get a baseline and because it's been a while since I weighed myself. I know it will only get better from here because I plan on sticking with Atkins now.
My weight is one pound less than I guessed it would be so I'm happy. I'm looking forward to seeing the scale go down!!!
